Penny Jenkins: "Create in me a NEW heart"
Penny T. Jenkins is an ordained minister and resides in Frederick, Maryland. She aspires to inspire through poetry and other inspirational writings as led by the Holy Spirit. Penny is the founder of WIMspirations, providing support and encouragement to women who desire to move beyond their current circumstances to become the women they are meant to be. Penny recently published her first book, entitled “He Knows My Name”. Penny and her husband Tim currently attend Strong Tower Christian Church located in Frederick, Maryland. As a result of their own past struggles, Tim and Penny have a great desire to see broken marriages restored, and therefore, they willingly share their testimonies wherever they go.
Jodi Anderson: "Create in me a WHOLE heart"
Jodi Lynn Foss was raised in Frederick, Maryland. She is the oldest of twins and thanks God and her twin, Jil, for teaching her the joys for and need for community. Jodi felt led to start a sister ministry to the Waterboyz for Jesus, and finally set the Waterlilyz ministry into motion after returning home to Frederick in 2009. Jodi believes that nothing is more beautiful or dangerous than a woman who is fully committed to falling and staying in love with Jesus. Though we have a beauty to us, we also have a fire and ferociousness inside of us--and it is world changing. Jodi is very excited that the Waterlilyz is a group where women can become who they were made to be! "Let's do this, Lilyz!"
Mary Jane Roop: "Create in me a PURE heart"
Mary Roop is a follower of Jesus Christ, Farm wife, mother, daughter, sister, Waterlily,Sunday school teacher, 4-H leader, loan officer, friend, and cancer survivor. All of these roles have shaped her into the person she is today, sometimes thru triumphs, sometimes through laughter, and sometimes through tears. She loves how the God of our universe can use all things for good. The toughest times in her life are the times where our Heavenly Father has stretched her the most, brought her to her knees crying out for his help, but also transforming her into a new creation in him.
